  5. Prepare and issue final invoice after confirmation with EOC coordinator, and provide additional related documents and information if required by customer within required timeframe. Monitor the un-invoice AST/Storage sales orders with work order closed and the pre-invoice issuance schedule with EOC coordinator.
  6. Monitor work order close in time and send work order monthly closure report to Manager at end of every month (date 26-28 monthly).
  7. Follow up customer payment status and resolve disputed invoices together with finance if required. Internally communicate with sales/CS to chasing the overdue payment biweekly as per AR report from finance, clearly control and monitor the payment schedule as updated by sales/CS.
